Worst bank to deal with...They come up with rules above those of the SEC/FDIC to stop you from making large withdraws which is very inconvenient. Had to visit branches 6 times before a resolution was made...

Delmar & Ontario branches have the rudest managers.

This morning I went to make a deposit, I wrote my account number on the back and asked to deposit. The manager was really nice but the teller scolded me and rolled her eyes at me for not having a deposit slip. Everytime I come to this particular Trustco one of the tellers has an attitude.

Diego the branch manager here is super helpful and the only reason I haven't taken my business to another bank. The man deserves a raise

A total disgrace. My brother had an issue with this bank. They were rude to him, disrespectful, and obnoxious. I was stunned as he recanted the way he was treated. He has been using this bank for years. Never again. I told him it had a terrible rating on Yelp already! He's not the only one who has had an issue apparently. DON'T USE THIS BANK! They don't care about their customers.

This is not a bank. It is an insane asylum. When I entered my monthly payments on my card, it shut it down. I didn't buy anything. I just set them up. When I set up my husband's card, they decided it was fraud and shut down the card. All my payments that I had set up in there are bouncing. Thank goodness I never closed the account at our old bank. I ran back there. Now for the surprise. They made me leave $1 in the account or they would penalize me $26 for leaving after a week.I am not even banking with them anymore. I have charges from Publix and Walmart , and Walgreens that I never made, so they have me $33 overdrawn. I should have the $1 and change they made me keep in there. Stay away from them. They have no idea what they are doing. I will contact the proper regulating authorities next. I would have done better betting on a donkey.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. The tellers are so incredibly slow and it's always because it's a "new system." When I made a comment about the extremely long wait, the teller got oddly defensive on top of it. Every time I have to go there, I get anxious. Leave yourself a lot of time if you need to make a deposit.

Perhaps the slowest tellers in the history of banking. Weather you're inside the lobby or in the drive-thru...you'll be treated with incompetence and slow-motion service. One woman looks like she can't see and has made several mistakes when I've used the drive-thru. She has kept my license, given me the wrong change, and seems to be in a competition to win the slowest teller of the year awards. Today I was in line for the drive thru and backed out because it was taking so long so I used the lobby. An employee had her head down in her arms at the counter. So, as you can see, you'll need at least an hour of free time if you want to make a deposit. Good luck.

I have been with trustco for a long time. I even worked for trustco years ago. I have a problem that I hope they will address and fix. I check my account often, sadly and embarrassing though ,sometimes when I know I have money in my checking, I will go grocery shopping and to my surprise, I end up having to put my stuff away due to my card not going through. Then the next morning I will check my account and it will be back to where I knew it should have been the night before. Now I am in the same situation. I have stayed with trustco for this long for a reason. They are more than friendly and I do trust them with my money, for the most part that is. . (jessica at 20 mall is my fav :) so is the teller that trained me her name isn't coming to mind at the moment, sry) I will see tomorrow if I am going to be staying with trustco when I go into my bank. Hopefully they can understand where I am coming from and take away my 35.00 charge I just got today when I should not be in the negative. I stayed with them through my many embarrassments of being declined for no reason at all, I just hope they are really the "home town bank" I believe they are and reverse that charge, As you can see I have given 4 out of the 5 stars, If i'm still a trustco member tomorrow I will be giving the 5 stars. As I stated before, I have dealt with their "glitches" before but never to the point of a 35.00 charge. I really do hope they reverse that. I hear of this new bank that is great all day every day from friends and family but I stay true to trustco. I hope I don't regret that decision, only tomorrow will tell.

I have never had a bank with such wonderful customer service. They definitely go above and beyond.
