I use Walgreens in New Karner and Western for my prescriptions. Zach and Michael’s customer service, care and assistance have been invaluable to me to get my medications and not interrupt my treatment when encountering shortages from the pharmaceuticals.

The staff is not informed and then when they go get the manager, that’s not readily available causing a delay, the manager was pretty rude. Made comments and mocked me. Not a good Walgreens experience.
