if, I could give no stars I would. Went there to ask at the pharmacy about a supplement I could not find in their department. I was told , the women just left that could help me and the gentleman behind the counter told me "didn't you just see her leave" I said who, NO, I asked to talk to a pharmacist and he said "we do not have one". Really?? I thought to my self who is filling the prescriptions?? Would not recommend this place, and will be switching pharmacies.

Rude pharmacy staff, very limited supply of prescriptions. Even monthly maintenance prescriptions are out of stock or have insurance issues..... Long turn around time. Don't expect to leave the doctor and pick up your meds. Always a waiting game at Walgreens.

This pharmacy is so badly organized and the staff are incredibly rude. We scheduled covid and flu shots for this morning starting at 1030. We showed up at 10:15 so that we could fill out the paperwork since you can't do it online like CVS does. We arrived and they stated that they ran out of Covid shots and didn't contact us because they still have flu shots. Strike one. So we agreed to stay for the flu shots. A few minutes go by and I have to ask for the forms to fill out so we can get started. So at this point he said he would get us into the system and print the forms to fill out. 20 minutes go by. The other pharmacist keeps telling drive up customers their scripts aren't ready yet because they just opened and to come back. Finally I ask how much longer it will be. He says I printed the forms I can get them for you. I said ok great because our appt was at 1030. He says yeah well it can take a lot longer than that we will get to you when we can. What is the point of making an appt if they completely disregard them and can't even tell you what the wait time is going to be. I said we were going to just reschedule and he rudely said well you are going to have to wait then too. I told him we won't be coming here so no we won't have the same experience and he said ok bye. Not one apology or acknowledgement that they were not prepared to accommodate their schedules today. Very rude the whole time and acted like they were somehow doing us a favor by performing a function of their job. There are tons of pharmacies. Give your business to one that respects your time.

This is a decent Walgreens at a convenient and busy intersection. It's clean and well stocked. The pharmacy area is a bit cramped with only a few seats in a waiting area. The inventory is generally good and the store is pretty clean apart from the carpeting near the entrance that could use a good cleaning.

The management of this pharmacy is horrific. Frequent unexpected closures, constant changes to limit the number of hours the pharmacy is open. Despite offering options to refill scripts through the web or their automated phone system, refills remain unfilled for days resulting in having to call the pharmacy to speak to someone. The decline in service started long before Covid when they acquired rite aid. Clearly they do not have the staff needed to serve their patients , rather it's all about the almighty dollar. We'll be looking for a new pharmacy that understands and appreciates the critical role they play in health care.

The service at this pharmacy location is appalling. I had 5 scripts entered 2/22 with 3 refills. This week I went to order my last refills. 2 indicated they had no refills left. My doctor had to reorder them. Notified scripts were ready. Only 2 or 5 had been filled. Two were filled on site but told the fifth had no refills available. Checked my account and it indicated that script had been filled this week. WTH? The drive screen was down and a sign said system was out of order. Oddly the 'system' by the drive thru window was the one the clerk used to process my order.The first clerk spoke next to little English. Of course I have no problem with people who speak other languages, only those that are hired in a customer service positionsFortunately, Feb. all will be represcribed and I will find another pharmacy.Followup 11/12.Walgrens notified me the day after I picked up 4 scripts that my script were ready to be picked up!Friday they notified me that the 5th script, which they told me had no refills was ready to be picked up! This is the same script that my account indicated had been refilled the week before but I never received.

The customer service at this location is great. Ramon goes above and beyond to do whatever he can to help customers.

The pharmacy at this location is great - mainly due to the outstanding service provided by Kara. She goes out of her way to be helpful. She acts as a buffer between me and the always hostile Workers Comp prescription department. She makes sure they approve my scripts and always notifies me when my meds are ready. Kara is all about customer service and it shows. No matter how busy she is she is always friendly and professional. When at this pharmacy ask for Kara. She will make sure you are treated with respect and efficiently.
