I sent a Box out to my daughter.. A MONTH AGO AND SHE NEVER RECEIVED IT.THE BOX WAS NEVER SENT OUT??I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE BOX IS..NOBODY EVEN HELPING TO LOCATE IT
