This store is the benchmark for customer service . No matter how busy an associate is in any part of the store they will take the time to answer any inquiry or find someone who can. Even under these current stressful conditions a knowledgeable friendly staff member takes the time to help you undertake your next project. I witnessed this time & again since i began coming here in March 2020. I skip the place up the street because i feel welcomed here & know that with the guidance of any staff member in any particular department i’m in I will leave feeling confident. Thank you all in every department because I’m certain I’ve been in them all.

It would be helpful if the curbside pick up hours were the same as the store hours. I went to pick up an air conditioner and the curbside house were different. I cannot carry an air conditioner and was hoping to be on my way quickly. Because if this I left. I double checked the email I received and it did not mention the time difference anywhere

Just got back from Home Depot Clifton Park. I was trying to find Lysol. Tried to purchase alternative items and the rude customer service rep (along with his 2 coworkers) stood at the customer service desk doing NOTHING and telling me I have to go to a register. I decided to do that - next thing I know this guy started following me around the store. Would not recommend this store.

This is my first time I walked into your store go to self check out and have one of your employee watch me as if I am stealing something. Like I am a criminal. What makes matter even more upsetting I had my son with me as we walked out the store the first thing he say to me was why was that man watching just you and no one else. How do you explain to a 6 year old why his father was being judge. Why the man keep asking me did you scan this item or review my scan items but no one else. For the first time in my life I felt a pain I never felt before a pain that won't go away. This will be my last time shopping at your store. Even tho I know me not shopping at your store won't mean anything to you but I just won't the people to know what I went thru...

Just left Home Depot was in the store for 35 minutes found the power screwdriver I needed. Online it said it was $39.99 in the store it was $49.95. I waited online for 13 minutes when I finally get to the register and I tell the cashier the price difference. She Ask for a manager who said we don't price match our stores online price. If you want it for that price you need to order it online but you won't get it for that price here. Her tone, facial expression and attitude was rude and condescending. I will not come back to this store. I will go to Saratoga Hone Depot. They have better manners

Great online order and pick up experience today.... everything was ready, quick service and Mike and Tim loaded it into our truck for us... with a smile and good sense of humor! Highly recommend this store and the online-pick up option.... especially right now, with the social distancing stay at home directives...

I just left Home Depot in Clifton Park, had a cart full and didn’t want to use self check out... a matter of principle. The woman at the self checkouts said you can ring yourself out right here... I told her no thanks.. I think those are job killers and want to use a regular checkout... with the biggest attitude she says... “whatever that fine... go to the end. Register 1.” Really.. maybe she is the reason people prefer self checkouts.

I had a horrible experience with this Home Depot store. I had a washer and dryer installed and the first time I used it the washer water poured out of it and into my kitchen below, damaging both my ceiling and floors. Not only did I have to wait a month for a replacement but they screwed up on my delivery date so I took off from work and waited at home for nothing. As if that wasn't enough one of the store managers was not only unapologetic but rude. We are done buying at Home Depot. I

re evaluate who you employ to install carpeting, your carpetting is a very low quality, wish i never bought carpet from home depot, my carpetting is only 2 yrs old and it has been falling apart sense the day it was installed thought it was just a few loose fibers but 2yrs later and this garbage is still falling apart

I want to thank Bob and Josh of the Halfmoon, NY, Home Depot, for all their efforts trying to locate a small prelit Christmas tree for my mother. They searched the store, the other local HDs, and even other merchants! It was the most helpful holiday shopping experience I have had in years! Thanks again to Josh and Bob! I had a great experience there on Saturday. The department I was looking for a part in, plumbing, was short staffed. The associate (I believe his name was Brian or Greg? I'm sorry that I don't remember) let me know when the associate would be back. This associate helped me so much though it wasn't his expertise, looked online with me, spent a lot of time with me and was apologetic when any of his coworkers had a question for him.
