“I recalled reading many reviews in NEXDOOR and Facebook about the great automotive work of Croteau and Sons Service Center experts in automotive repairs. They are located close to Luther Forest which is easily walkable to their service center. Well this past weekend I bought a pre-owned vehicule that I encountered frustrating issues with the battery and associate parts. I had the vehicule towed to Croteau where I first met the very friendly Beverly, the owner who immediately set me up to troubleshoot the battery issues and also other needs I required to insure the car would be property serviced. Beverly called me with the testing results which was far less severe ($$) than ot could have been. Beverly and her son were very gracious in explaining what the issues were. They also performed an oil change and scheduled an inspection later in the week, all on the busy Thanksgiving holiday week. Thus I had found a decent business in the neighborhood to have my car serviced. I recommend and thank Beverly and her sons for a job well done - you're the best!!”

“We had an accident on one of thruways about a week ago. Chris from Kennedy’s Garage towed us and the car to his new location. He was very polite and was kind enough to allow us to stay in his office after hours until a family member could pick us up. Chris saw that I was on O2 and didn’t light his cigarette while we were there. I’m sorry some customers have had a bad experience but we had no problems and enjoyed talking to Chris while we waited.”
