“I was almost hesitant to write this as I don't want more people to begin visiting thie establishment and making it more difficult to get service done here, but they deserve a shout out.I've been going to this location of Warren TIre for years and have always found them very reliable and have told me on more than one occasion that I didn't need something more expensive! For example- I thought i needed brakes after hearing squeaking, they told me that my emergency brake was stuck but the brakes themselves were fine.”

“Mike is amazing! I woke up to a flat tire and just happen to live around the corner. I called at I swear 8:01am and Mike had me bring my car in within 10 minutes of them opening and I had my car back within 2 hours AND they fixed a bad sensor. Prior to the tire being flat my car was shaking like a polaroid picture so I'm not sure if they did an alignment(I wasn't charged for one) but my car doesn't shake any more either!”

He clearly explained the possibilities about my problem and what they may or may not be able to do. They ran the diagnostics and because it was a Jeep they didn’t have the proper equipment to fix my problem and directed me to Armory Jeep to get the proper fix.Excellent service and would highly recommend!”

“I recalled reading many reviews in NEXDOOR and Facebook about the great automotive work of Croteau and Sons Service Center experts in automotive repairs. They are located close to Luther Forest which is easily walkable to their service center. Well this past weekend I bought a pre-owned vehicule that I encountered frustrating issues with the battery and associate parts. I had the vehicule towed to Croteau where I first met the very friendly Beverly, the owner who immediately set me up to troubleshoot the battery issues and also other needs I required to insure the car would be property serviced. Beverly called me with the testing results which was far less severe ($$) than ot could have been. Beverly and her son were very gracious in explaining what the issues were. They also performed an oil change and scheduled an inspection later in the week, all on the busy Thanksgiving holiday week. Thus I had found a decent business in the neighborhood to have my car serviced. I recommend and thank Beverly and her sons for a job well done - you're the best!!”

“These guys are rockstars. At the last moment I needed a tire repair. They got me in and found that I needed a replacement tire. I was planning on 4 new tires next month, but had them do it while they had the car to avoid any further problems with mismatched tires. Next morning I had another problem with a molding around one tire had come apart. They were closing early for parking lot sealing but had mecome in and fixed it up right away even though it wasn't something caused by them. They went above and beyond with service. I can't give them enough props. Thanks guys...I'm so appreciative!”

Tom’s style was wonderful no pitches just info and insight. I did end up agreeing to a vehicle. I also met Alexandra, business manager who was again thoughtful in her discussion. One thing of note was that I had asked for a test drive appointment but didn’t get a confirmation. “I needed to have a used car I was thinking about buying evaluated and repaired. My previous mechanic had retired and I called J & D based on Google Reviews. Even though they were booked up, I was told to drop the car off and they'd look at it when they had some spare time. They called me the same day with the list of what the car needed and reasons Not to buy it! They could have made thousands but were honest on why I shouldn't repair it anywhere. They didn't even charge me for their time!Honest, Good, Independent Car Shops are sadly a dying breed. I am so grateful there's still this one.”

“I would give Khach (Pronounced "Cash") and his business 6/5 stars if I could, and that is not something I say lightly. The team was very friendly to me as a newcomer and worked with me to find a solution in my budget for a car with extensive damage. They were able to fit us in quickly and finished two days ahead of schedule at nine days of repair time. Fast repair!I had questions about some of the items in the quote and the team was able to answer them in a way I understood. There was, in fact, one standard item that should have been damaged but wasn't and Khach and his team took the time to re-examine on request and agreed to take it off the preliminary and re-evaluate once the car was more taken-apart.Lastly, Mike drove to our apartment and picked us up when it was time to retrieve the car, which was above and beyond!As far as quality of repair... it's been five days of *very* smooth sailing so far :- ) Also, not sure if the team vacuumed the car but it smelled REALLY fresh when we picked it up. I should also mention the team did a good job blending the colors - I can't tell the difference. There is some white sediment on the door that was blended but I was able to pick some of it off with my thumbnail so it will probably come off after a proper wash.If you're reading this and wondering if the repairs held up and the sediment washed off... they probably did! Otherwise I would have updated this review :-D This is the place to go.”

“I needed to get my tires installed asap and I had no hope with local places. When I called they were able to take me asap and even gave me the 10% discount through Yelp. It was an hour wait but they gave me the tires back and wrapped in plastic. Great service. Only downfall is the waiting room is very hot and I wish they had fans or offered cold waters during the wait. It would def make the wait more desirable.”
