He made it a breeze getting everything squared away and setting my mind at ease! Everything is sorted out and I actually understand what we did. He was great, I'm less stressed, and feel confident that my belongings will be safe and secure when I come back for them later. Our lights weren’t working when we tried to hook up the trailer and he came out in the dark and cold, getting under the hood of our truck, trying to help diagnose issue! When we realized we couldn’t fix it, he happily put us in a truck instead. It was after hours by the time we left. We rent a lot of UHALS and have NEVER had service like this! Thank you!
