“I had an issue that had been frustrating me for a while, and Kandice went above and beyond to help. Not only did she resolve the problem quickly, but she also took extra steps to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. She actually listened to me, acknowledged my concerns, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. In a world where good customer service feels harder and harder to find, Kandice truly hit the mark. She’s the kind of manager every company needs. Highly recommend!”

“The owner at Key motors went way way above and beyond. Our lights weren’t working when we tried to hook up the trailer and he came out in the dark and cold, getting under the hood of our truck, trying to help diagnose issue! When we realized we couldn’t fix it, he happily put us in a truck instead. It was after hours by the time we left. We rent a lot of UHALS and have NEVER had service like this! Thank you!
