I recently had my car serviced here and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jake and Tyler took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was in top shape. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and excellent customer care.

I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment. The absolute best service team I’ve dealt with. They actively communicate with you during the process and make sure you understand what they are doing to your vehicle. Incredibly kind management. I fully trust them to give me accurate pricing and honest advice.

10 years ago, after my dad died, my mom needed work done on her van. She brought it to Warren Tire, and they told her what she needed and what could wait, and charged a reasonable amount for their services. They have maintained that standard for her since then, and for me since I started bringing my car there about 4 years ago. They're always knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable

Literally the BEST TEAM!!!! I cannot express my appreciation for the guys at the shop. They are friendly, professional and literally the ONLY men I trust with my car , wallet abd heart. They’ve always got my dad’s seal of approval going back 30+ years but something’s happened that was a little unnerving. i went in for an oil change about a month ago( becuase it’s basically the same $ as doing myself) and halfway through, the manager came out and said my front right caliper was leaking. i asked if it was at the banjo bolt or bleeder screw. he said banjo. next day, i put it up and saw it was wet there, but i had just had it up the week before to put in a belt tensioner and it was not leaking then and i had not come close to the caliper while working. Additionally, i checked the brake fluid and it was at level. i went to toghten the banjo bolt and it was not really tight and these bolts don’t just loosen. i tightened to torque specs, cleaned up the area and it has not leaked since. i don’t know, do what you want with this info..

I was almost hesitant to write this as I don't want more people to begin visiting thie establishment and making it more difficult to get service done here, but they deserve a shout out.I've been going to this location of Warren TIre for years and have always found them very reliable and have told me on more than one occasion that I didn't need something more expensive! For example- I thought i needed brakes after hearing squeaking, they told me that my emergency brake was stuck but the brakes themselves were fine.

Warren Tire is great. I had a flat tire and they took me in pretty quickly. I was surprised. They always do a great job. Nice staff also.

Awful experience. Had an appointment to get an oil change and inspection today. Four hours later, they never touched the car. The guy behind the desk could care less. I will never go back.

I would recommend Warren Tire Halfmoon to anyone! They have gone above and beyond to help me with many things, most recently when another shop messed something up. Customer service is excellent! Thank you Kyle and Tyler for everything.
