Aurora Sewing Center is a family owned business with over 40 years serving Western New York. The store is considered a treasure in the community. It offers a huge selection, including over 4,000 quality fabrics, sewing machines from major brands, and all necessary notions, patterns, and software. The business provides over 300 sewing classes yearly for every age and skill level, both in-store and virtual. Classes are outstanding, with wonderful, patient instructors who explain things clearly, provide useful tips and encouragement, and challenge students to learn new techniques. Students feel they get their money's worth. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is very helpful and respectful across all three locations. Their expertise is highly valued, especially for the great repair service, which services all makes and models of sewing machines. The selections are varied with typical pricing and plentiful sales.
I dont know which store I did business with but Ashley and Jenna exhibited a great deal of patience and excellent customer service working thru the need for parts on an older model. They have my business from Texas!

The people at this business are wonderful to deal with. They are personable, patient, knowledgeable and they stand behind what they sell. I bought from them with no prior knowledge or experience with them and I was NOT disappointed.
