Works great for us. Very convenient. The owner keeps it plowed and looking nice. Never had a problem with unit or owner. Have 2 units there for about 2 years.

Tho the rates are good the storage itself was horrifying. I went to empty out storage and there was loads of rat dropping everywhere I had to open every bin and box and remove rat dropping before putting it into my car. Despite all that let me not get started on how there was a rat in my shoe box and spiders everywhere!!.. also the rats chewed inside pair of sneakers and there was rat urine on my boots.Please do not rent from this place!! HORRIBLE!!..
