Big shoutout to Reginald for his quick and efficient service!
I needed a business account created within a couple of hours on the 31st of Dec and after calling a few banks/Chase branches, I had no hope!
When I called the Hamburg branch, Reginald moved very quickly, working with me over the phone and subsequently in person and get everything setup in time. In a couple of hours, I had my account opened, linked and a couple of transfers done.

they do not honor their own customers' checks when over a certain amount. you cannot cash it. basically, helping their customers steal. i have a check from their customer, a business, and the bank wont cash it. their customer now has my property out of state.

One of the best Branches I've delt with across the US. From Aspen to Vegas to here. The guy who has done a few deposits for me and did one today on my charity account, is always great. I didn't have my new card and I had no idea that the app will update your card immediately and you can add it to Google pay. It worked just like he said. So now I don't have to always go inside until the new card arrives. Not one person told me this by phone, or at other branches.Thank your for the best service!

I don't know what the problem is I went to the bank I am a good person I have a brain injury I do a lot of banking I check my bank everyday and for some reason I was on the watch list and they couldn't let me open a bank account maybe it's because I have another bank account that has $18 in it and I forgot all about it other than that I really don't see why I can't open another bank account so I guess I'm just a little bit frustrated I'm a good person a law-abiding citizen I've never been to any kind of trouble and for some reason I'm on a watch list where I can't open a bank account I guess I'll get a paper in the mail letting me know why

If you are looking for mortgage services, this is not available yet at this location. Needed a copy of a payoff letter and still needed to call 800 number. Giving 5 stars because they were very friendly.
