Front desk is condescending, limited knowledge on supplies in store if any. Trust me if you ever have watched a YouTube video you have more education on the beauty industry than these ‘workers’ do. I’d recommend not asking for help but if you must they are there. It was far from an experience I would ever want to put myself through again. I do like to interact with the people in a place of business, and I felt very looked down upon. Bruh, I purchased I believe one item cause I needed it (a water bottle) It was clear they weren’t there to help me. I’m grateful I don’t need to be there often. But alas SalonCentric has not evolved to the North. Still AVOID AT ALL COST.

I have had some great customer service at this store in the past. Today I went in to purchase products and I was never greeted with a hello, never was I offered assistance in searching for my purchases and when I asked for help I felt as though it was a big inconvenience. I work in retail and I can't imagine ever treating customers like that. A very cold and negative atmosphere.

"Partners to the professional" thats why Sallys beauty consistently gives me way better deals. Their prices keep going up, with no good consistent discounts. Without us hairdressers your store is nothing. So maybe we should feel like we actually get something for the thousands of $ we spend at your store every year. Instead i get another girl over the years from there, who can work there without a hair license, tell me that she gets soooo many free products, scissors and tools, that she filled one of those big storage totes full of "all the free things" she gets. When i heard that for the umpteenth time from multiple girls who have work there unlicensed, it makes me ill. Hey, does that girl who gets to try all the products for free, sell the idea of them to their clients, so that inturn they want to buy that product more, and the hairdresser comes in and buys more from you. No not at all, so free product not put to its best, almost deserved use. hairdressers keep your crappily managed overpriced store in sales. I go out of my way to drive to another tow bc they have beauty stores out there, that their everyday prices are your "sale prices". Also its mildly insulting to say your doing us professionals such a huge favor by offering us "10%" appreciation sale. (everyone laughs and calls it, save the tax sale) If you want us to actually feel appreciation, saving more than just the sales tax would make more of us entertain this so called "sale" just for "us".

I do enjoy their wide selections of products but the employees are less than helpful extremely grumpy and act as though they are being stabbed if you ask for help I will most likely be shopping online from now on

Ordered a $250 product (Gelish polygel master kit) cuz they didn't have it in store. Waited a week for it to get shipped to store. Called to see if they got their shipment. They said yes. Then told to call back in 5 HOURS to see if it even came in. I think after this purchase I'll stick to my other beauty supplier! Some of the women also act like your wasting their time when you walk threw the door. Even tho I spend a $100 or more every time I go there. Update: Called 5 hours later to just be told it didn't arrive... And not sure if the warehouse even has any in stock. Not purchasing product from there. Going to different supplier that has it on stock!!! Cosmo prof you just lost $250 sales!!!!
