I was very happy as a member of crunch in Hamburg. I resigned and moved to another state. They have called me and my wife at least 20 times for a payment. I was paid in full when I resigned. Another scam from a company that won't let you pay for a membership. Must put a card on file. Exactly why. This is aggravating and bullshit. Don't join. Dean

Truck driver friendly. Not a good location!! Worst showers I’ve seen in the country, crazy small and basically unusable also water is only cold and crazy low pressure again basically unusable!! Water fountain cold and all equipment is up to par. Women only area??? Super weird….

Clean gym. Plus they have a ton of equipment and a ladies only workout room with full equipment for those women who prefer privacy.

Laid back and usually not jam packed with members in the morning. They have a separate room for women only. The place is kept nice and clean. Staff is there if need assistance. A huge variety of weights, machines and classes.they have a private sauna room located in the women’s locker room, tanning and massage rooms.

Overall, I really love this gym. I had been going to it since it was Worlds. I like the changes they made to the gym since Crunch took over. The staff have always been good to me.

I initially joined Crunch in Poinciana, Florida, where I experienced a clean environment, well-maintained facilities, and commendable trainers along with excellent customer service and equipment. After returning to New York, I decided to try the Hamburg location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
While the Hamburg location offers the advantage of minimal wait times for gym equipment, other aspects are lacking. For instance, the equipment is so outdated or broken. Looks like equipment from the early 90’s. The tanning room's cleanliness was concerning; it would take approximately ten minutes to address the significant mess, which appeared to be tanning lotion splattered on the walls and floor. ( at least that’s what I hope it was) Additionally, trash accumulation suggested that it had not been changed in days, despite my visit occurring at 9 a.m. It was almost full.
Furthermore, the fan ventilation system, designed to provide clean air during tanning sessions, was ineffective in the antiquated tanning booth, as the circulated air was stale, with dust and debris visibly caked into the screen. In light of these experiences, I ultimately decided to cancel my membership and do not intend to return to this location in the future. This experience was truly disappointing.

The place has been running to the ground. Nobody does the cleaning. In fact, they want to customers do the cleaning for them. So bring your mop and soap customers

I've been going here for 9 months 2-4 times a week and it's been great. They replaced some cardio equipment a few months ago, staff is friendly (recently had a problem and they addressed it), and it's a great value. It's usually pretty busy when I go after work but it's big enough where it's not a problem.
