Eric's Cycle Works in Hamburg is a fantastic gem of the community. The owner is friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable, with a deep passion for cycling and a dedication to his customers. The shop provides excellent sales service and expert advice, with a well-stocked store offering a great selection of bikes and parts. Customers report incredible, above-and-beyond service, whether for repairs, parts, or new bikes. The owner is known to go out of his way to help, even after hours or by personally fixing issues. Work is done in a timely fashion with reasonable and appropriate costs. The experience is top notch, combining honest, hard-working expertise with outstanding customer care. Great little shop! The guy working today was super kind and checked over a couple of yard sale kids bikes for us. He was very knowledgeable and had the parts we needed to fix them up.

This is the bike shop dreams are made of. Kids coming in & getting hooked up on skateboards or scooter wheels, customers with their kids buying bikes where their parents got their bikes from.
