I do not have an account with Evans bank however i walked in to the Hamburg branch get a few documents notarized. The Notary was super friendly & notarized all my documents. I will be back to open an account just based on my interaction today. Thank you, Joanne.

I’ve been banking with Evans for 18 years. Today I went in to cash a check and was refused service by Rayna. She has never been friendly to me or my mother. This is the last time I ever go to Evan’s bank in Hamburg. Highly disappointed.

Outstanding bank and I use a couple of them, including across the street. Big plus, they give out dumb dumb suckers for the average consumer… might want to buy some more as I know people that use the same bank.

Hamburg Evans bank is the only reason I still bank with Evans, the 926 number people are so rude and absolutely no help. Called west Seneca and they don’t care to help. I call Hamburg Everytime I have a issue and they are on point every time and so helpful!!!!!

This location (Hamburg) is my favorite. Everyone is always so friendly and nice here. David is great. He's very thorough and explains everything to you so you can understand it. I've been with Evans for over 20+ years. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!!!

We need to figure out a way to get gig workers replacement ATM cards quicker. It should be a 10 minute fix not a two week fix. I mean 5 to 10 business days? That's just too long in the 21st century to wait for a bank card. They should have them at the store to be programmed immediately. Just my opinion.

I just walked in to a Hamburg branch asking to buy a roll of quarters (for my daughter, for laundry). I was told I “can’t buy a roll of quarters without an account.” ?

I love banking with Evans Bank. The people are friendly and helpful, but you need to put a branch in Springville to make it more convenient for those of us that live 35-40 miles from your nearest branch.

You do not get to just force a customer into changing their account because it suits your needs as a bank. I called my bank manager & she started spouting off about how I need road side assistance, phone protection & I get shopping discounts, all for $6 a month, PLUS additional fees. I can't not say that I have ever been in a branch where the employees were helpful or friendly. They have the worst customer sevice in banking that I have ever come across. I would not recommend them to even a squirrel saving for the winter, as they are always suspect when a customer wants to complete a face to face transaction. Keith, a teller at this location, is quite disrespectful and doesn't even bother to look at clients at the window when he is told by another teller a customer is waiting for him.
