Horrible service 0 star took off a special sticker without permission what are you doing? We didn't ask for this? You charged hundreds of dollars over the reasonable price when i took it to someone else who charged for it and you guys don't even know what your doing STAY AWAY GO GET BETTER SERVICE IN JUST A 20 MINUTE DRIVE AND SAVE HUNDREDS

I scheduled an appointment for my car to be dropped off in the morning and it would be "done by lunchtime". I walk back around 2:00pm and they haven't even pulled it into the garage, apologize for the wait, and then got the work done for me while I was there. I asked some more questions about future work to be done, and they were very transparent about what they could and couldn't do, providing references for the work that couldn't be done in-house.

I called earlier this week to see when they could get me in for a wheel bearing replacement. The owner was super kind and told me to drop it off this morning and he’d get to it by the end of the day. He called me with an estimate (very fair pricing) and let me know I had headlights out as well and offered to do them as well. All told I spent just under $500 and I didn’t feel cheated or manipulated at all during the process. As a woman I am sometimes condescended to and feel like I’m taken for a ride when it comes to car stuff so I appreciated especially that he was kind but didn’t talk down to me. I will be bringing my vehicle back for an oil change when I am due! I have found my shop!!

Les and his team are trustworthy and reliable. They are flexible with scheduling and turn-around times. My family has gone here for years and will continue to do so. I’ve never had a problem here— I highly recommend this shop!

Amazing service! Lester is a super nice guy and always there to fix up my 2011 Nissan Altima. Have had all my car repairs done here, even before the car was in my possession; the previous owner fixed the car up at Hamburg auto as well! My 2011 Nissan Altima with over 140k miles is still running strong thanks to Lester and everyone else employed at Hamburg auto!!!

Them guys did a great job on my car I have a 2005 Camry that's never even been out in the rain that's 60,000 miles on it and I can't say enough about how well they did spray my car
