If you’re ever in need of a tow please call this man!!! He is a wonderful person that actually cares and isn’t just trying to make a dollar!!! Eric helped me out in my time of need and even found someone nearby to repair my truck and they were amazing as well!!! I would recommend Eric to anybody 10/10!!!!

Sensational human being - easily saved me hundreds. After getting some severe engine shutter and blinking check engine light, we thought we had to call insurance to get the car towed and find a way to move five people and a dog at 9:30 at night. Random call to Hamburg recovery and towing as we were trying to figure out what to do - he set our mind at ease and gave us the confidence to drive it safely off the Thruway, where the closest hotels are, and an excellent service recommendation. Thank you kind stranger!

If I could give more stars, I would. Eric went above and beyond to tow us to pep boys after we had car trouble after a major snowstorm. He was the only tow company in the area willing to help. Excellent customer service during the entire process.

Eric was so helpful and friendly. My panic wouldn't stop. After trying everything I could I called Eric for a tow to my garage. He helped me out over the phone to get the panic to stop beeping and didn't charge me a dime. Great service, they were swamped when we called with a really bad wreck, it was only a lockout but we waited maybe 45 mins/ hr tops but this retired officer got us into our truck super quick, we both really appreciated him greatly and send him 5 stars for awesome service he gave us in the rain in the casino parking lot. It was 80 bucks but I turned around and hit $1,100 at the casino on the first pull, the first machine I went too after he got us in my truck. ??? Thank you again for helping us and turning our mistake into an awesome day.

I was on the side of the road fixing my tire and Eric must have seen me. He stopped and helped me finish the job a lot faster than I would have on my own. I appreciated the help and was sorry I didn't have money to give him. He told me to put it in the poor box the next time I saw one. Truly a nice man!

I called this man, woke him out of bed at 1 am. My 38’ coach Rv sank in the mud at the fairgrounds in Hamburg. I hold a AAA Rv Premier card and when I called the the wait for a heavy wrecker was absurd! I called him and explained how and where I was stuck and he didn’t even hesitate. He did not have a heavy wrecker but a flatbed. He said I am going to come try to get it out and if I don’t there will be no charge!!! The fact he even said that made me know I called the right guy. He got me out in less then 15 minutes and then He wanted 150 After pulling that big rig out and I could not do it. I gave him substantially more and it was money well spent! Definitely a true honest easy going professional cool guy. If I am ever back in the area I’m gonna call him just to buy him a drink!! Many thanks and please stay safe! I cannot say enough about the excellent service they provided. My roadside assistance purchased with my vehicle made mistake after mistake taking up my entire day of being on hold. Hamburg Recovery and Towing worked with me and them to ensure I was taken care of. They arrived fast and changed my tire quickly and efficiently. They were both friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Five stars all the way! Eric and his Son showed up within minutes of calling. Eric was able to find the problem - fix the problem and saved me a trip to the shop! So thankful and if I’m ever in a situation where I need a tow I will be calling Hamburg Recovery and Towing!!
