Great customer service. Left my car for the day to have my tires swapped. Got done with my shift later than anticipated. Someone still came and got my my keys. Thank you very much for making sure I could go home. Will surely do business in the future.

Great Service. They are very efficient, clean, courteous and fair. I was able to get new tires, brakes, oil changes and tire plugs (on separate occasions) in a timely fashion. The service and accessibility is worth the reasonable costs for each job. This location particularly is very clean and accessible to other nearby shops (Lowes, Taco Bell, KFC) which made the short waiting time easier to endure. The management is solid and the workers take special care of your vehicle in their clean and efficient shop. Give this location a shot.

got an oil change, they said it was good for several thousand miles. I ran out of oil on a busy road two months after the oil change. Had to have AAA tow my car, to get looked at. I called jiffy lube and they said "I must have a leak". Confirmed by the shop I was towed to there was no leak, just no oil. Do not trust jiffy lube with your vehicle, they will ruin it. I have to look for a new vehicle now.

quick service. got me in and out with an oil change in about 15 minutes. nice clean waiting room with coffee and water. associates were friendly and not pushy, rude, or condescending like some other shops in town. A++

I had great service at this jiffy lube location. I had a problem with some corrosion on my battery terminal. Not only did they take me in the same day to help me they also did it in under an hour. Love this place for service to my vehicle.Service: Battery

Had my vehicle serviced earlier in the day in Ohio and ended up stopping here to have it double checked. The Team found the error and put the proper filter in and correct oil without any issue. No problems rest of the way. Saved me damaging my vehicle on a long drive. No charge for fixing other locations mistakes. THANK YOU!

Walt and the team were excellent. I couldn't get my oil pan drain plug off at home, so I took it up to them first thing in the morning and they had it done in 20 minutes, with a new drain plug installed. My company runs a fleet of 20 trucks or so!! It’s been hard finding a place to get maintenance done on the fly. This place right here handles any and all issues for me better than anyone before them. I wouldn’t replace Dave Brian and their crew with anyone !! There is no amount of money in this world to cause me to go to a different shop.Services: Transmission

My experience is different here than the five star reviews. We kept on using their service as it was near to our home. My husband recently went there to fix a flat tire and was told that nothing WRONG with the tire. We later went to Mavis across Walmart, Hamburg to get the flat tires repaired.I would like to point another incident too. Jiffy Lube quoted a minor car repair for >$300. Having encountered the nail issue, we decided to shop around and completed it for a little over half price than Jiffy Lube. We won’t recommend this business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I received an oil change there had to be 10 people waiting for oil changes state inspections etc,I was thinking like I'm going to be here forever but the staff had it all under control I was impressed and happy with the service.
