Unfortunately, I have to amend my review. Something must have changed over the last year- tires are not correct pump d up after rotation, . I get strong recommendations for services that are not necessary, but “just because my car is 6 years old!
Lately , after an oil change, the engine trouble light went on- and car is driving bad- hopping like a frog.
Although they said they checked the car when it was in, it now showed 3 codes and the fix cost $1600 before tax, parts and labor 50/50, Labour around 5-6 hours. . I asked for the details via email and didn’t receive it.
When my husband I opened the hood, we saw corrugated stuff, not attached pipes… that is not a service that makes me feel taken good care of.
One of the issues was under warranty ( which they always they that they check!) and wasn’t mentioned at all.
At another place I got it inspected, the warranty issue taken care of, the parts for $515, ( service with Labour would have been $1095 before tax) . It took my husband about 4 hours to fix what caused the codes, but with cleaning and additional replacement.
Sorry guys, after 5 years you have lost customer.
Why not one star- guys are friendly and usually there was a follow up on the service.

Brought my car in for an AWD light on dash. Ran a diagnostic test (charged 229). Gave me a quote on part and labor. When I asked for part number, he said he didn't have the catalog to tell me the number. I wanted to see how much they were overcharging me for the part... Would not give me the ID number to look it up. When I looked up the part online by name, looks like they were going to charge me an extra 700 for the part. Feel like I am being taken advantage of as a woman. Will go elsewhere, beware.

Joe's is the best mechanic around, hands down! My husband and I took our Suzuki SX4 to three other places in the Dunkirk and Hamburg area, and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Joe's figured out the issues and repaired them, and they even gave us discounts where they were able to.

Wanted a second opinion on work that needed to be done to my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Reached out to Joe’s Auto and they got me in quickly.
Great communication every step of the way with things that needed immediate attention and things that will be coming up. Was detailed about prices upfront and kept their word. This helped immensely so I could make a decision on keeping the current vehicle and repairing it or moving on to something else. Would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Joe’s Auto Service. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The technicians were knowledgeable and transparent with the services needed and rendered. I was in a bind, and needed a NYS inspection last minute. My regular auto shop sorta screwed me, and it just expired yesterday expired. While driving my wife said, “go to Joes”, they have great reviews. I can see why. They took me in on a Friday night while every bay was full, and everyone already busy. Car is only a year old, so in and out within an hour. I now have a new shop for all my families vehicles. Well done Joe. 👍🏼👍🏼

Saved the day for me and my dog! Late in the workday for them and yet they still accommodated my needs to get me back on track and able to continue my 3 + hour trip home. Great quick service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Joe's Auto.

Went in for an NYS inspection and failed, I had a pretty good idea it would. But Jimmy was so incredibly nice and helpful, and the quote for the work I needed done was very fair and reasonable. I’ll be coming here from now on. The waiting room is surprisingly comfortable as well.
