I had to return an unused item. Very easy. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I also found that the staff in the store was very helpful with any of my questions in my last few visits.

I do doordash as extra way to make money my comment is when I asked for a paper bag to put the doordash customers things in the woman that over sees the self check out told me they don't provide paper bags and as I explained my concerns for the doordash customer she said she thought that the Customer was lazy for not coming to the store for there items, I thought this was way out of line she only offered me to purchase a reusable bag .So as far as I'm concerned I'll never shop at a store that can't even provide a simple paper bag as the other home improvement supply centers offer ,she thinks my customer was lazy I think lowes is cheap and greedy .
