I absolutely loved living at Brookview Apartments! I stayed here for 2 years and had such a great experience. My unit had in-suite laundry, and the community amenities like the pool were fantastic. Cindy, the property manager, was amazing the entire time I lived here. Anytime I had an issue in my unit, she took care of it right away. She was always great at keeping residents informed with email updates, furnace filter replacements, and more. Brookview also hosted fun events like a summer party and Food Truck Thursdays, which were super convenient (and delicious!). I’ve recommended Brookview to friends, and a few have even moved in themselves. Highly recommend!

Great place to live. I was a tenant 3 years ago and unfortunately had to move out temporarily. I am thrilled to back at Brookview. The staff is friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful.
The property manager Cindy Hain goes above and beyond to insure that all tenants can experience a positive and pleasant community environment. She welcomed me back with open arms, was extremely helpful with the leasing process, and very thorough with the walk thru procedure. The apartment was spotless! A couple minor adjustments that needed attention were addressed and taken care of immediately.

I have lived here for 7 1/2 years and absolutely love it. I chose to live here in February 2018 because I loved the apartment, the complex, and the location. I kept my fingers crossed for everything else related to apartment living.
I am happy to say that I have not been disappointed. Management promptly communicates via email and/or text any concerns for which residents need to be made aware - such as bear sightings.
My own personal concerns have been responded to promptly and professionally whether it be as simple as replacing a lightbulb - yes, they do that! - or seemly as complex as requesting a new microwave.
Cindy, the property manager, knows me by name. I think that is important to note because I am not a tenant who calls frequently. It tells me that she makes a point of knowing the members of her community. She has always been friendly towards me and encourages me to know my neighbors and attend community food truck events.
I have never regretted moving here and I have no plans to leave.

Just awful. I have an ESA (large dog) and was harassed and discriminated against because of it. The property manager Cindy gossips with certain tenants and will create false complaints against others to kick them out if she or her tenants that are family friends don’t like them. This is a known problem across the complex and the Owner has no problem with this and refuses to even look into any situation when brought to his attention multiple times. They also do not handle any issues with the property itself as I was left without a CO2 detector for over a month and when calling overnight maintenance for a problem did not answer after multiple tries. They do not keep up with the property either, especially in the winter. They are overall awful people to be involved with and will make living there hell.

GREEDY!…My father was an original renter here, and things started out GREAT! Unfortunately, the property manager changed and satisfaction started to wane with plenty of lip service. True colors shined after my father’s death & my family worked our tails off to quickly clean the apartment completely to managements instructions, being led to believe that they’d return the security deposit.
After all that work, they had the nerve to not only deny the return of the security deposit, but charged the estate extra to replace the original (gently used) carpeting…after my elderly father gave them over $76,000 for rent over the years. They failed to appreciate how much we saved them by cleaning it out so they could rent it out quickly. I should have just left it for them to clean up 9 months later & forced them to sue the (broke) small estate for a dead man’s failure to pay during the remaining lease agreement.
They would have lost thousands of dollars of unearned income…instead, they had the nerve to take advantage of our grieving family’s kindness!

I lived at this place for about 2 years, and absolutely loved these apartments. These are just not apartment homes, they are an experience altogether. Very well maintained apartments(not a single maintenance issue in 2 years), lush green backyards, friendly neighbors, Safe environment, very Peaceful, Nearby groceries/coffee/local restaurants, and the very friendly leasing manager-Cindy! Not only she goes above and beyond in her job, but also make sure she is turning those apartments into homes for people with her friendly nature.If you are looking for that warm cozy blanket in buffalo's winter, these apartments are the one ?

My Dad has an apartment here... He is elderly but there is a wide verity of ages of people here... I like the fact my Dad can walk out the apartment and 8 feet to his car... Neighbors are helpful and friendly. The apartment is compact but roomy at the same time... My Dad has 2 bedroom and they are large. Bathroom is big and functional. Kitchen is cornered to the stove and sink. Living room is large enough for 9 people if you need to... He has a nice patio off the back... Rent is comparable and the staff is helpful. I'm happy he is there!

Cozy, comfy and best of all, my mother in law loves living here. Only issue, motion sensored light mounted under kitchen cabinet for bright countertop working, has a mind of its own, annoying and so far, maintenance has been unable to disable it.

Great apartments at great deals was just disappointed with the some things during my stay. Not worth going to in depth but thought it was unprofessional to ask if the apartment I was renting could be used for a tour with a 4 hour notice while I was still living there. Thought it was odd they didn't have a show room to show what there rooms look like. In the end I said no and they respected that but was just one thing after another and it made it stressful and as a renter it shouldn't be stressful to rent an apartment. Other then that great amenities and very nice apartments!!!

BEWARE PLEASE! This place is a total scam, from the price increase every year to the modded buildings (meaning it was built fast and everything falls apart) the smell and the property manager. She is extremely stuck up for no reason and very rude. They claim they have 247 Maitnence but they do not, when you call about a a problem it takes hours upon hours to even get a call back and then they send someone who isn’t even on payroll into your house to try to fix the problem. You are not safe at this complex, I really suggest you look elsewhere or you will regret it. It would take a huge toll on your mental health! P.S the laundry machines do not work they do not clean your clothes so in all reality your quarters go to waste and it adds up which causes you to pay over 100 more dollars a month to add on to rent for clothes that don’t end up being clean. If I could describe this place in one word it would be scam.
