Absolutely horrible technicians don't know the difference between a tire with a shifted belt or a bad shock smh. Do not take your vehicle there for service

The manager John is by far the most knowledgeable and trustworthy by far..I'm a senior and he walked me through different options for repair since I'm on fixed budget. I will not go anywhere else..He goes above and beyond. I'm thankful I found this shop.

I purchased new tires at Monroe the manager Jon was very hopeful. Explain the differences between the tires and their application for the type of truck that I drive his explanation led me to the sale and them mounting and balancing my tires. I will be back in the future.

The manager Mr Bonar and Kevin, were all great. Manager is a great person with the guests. Very knowledgeable..Kevin inspected my car and said everything looks good and even advised me of a recall on my Jeep. He tightened my wiper arm at no charge and refused a tip. Great experience and I will return.

Omar the manager is friendly , informative , and gives you all the information you need to make a good decision . He also referred me to business fork the street to fix my air conditioner, which Monro couldn’t do , which I appreciated.

I have all my vehicles serviced at this location for many years. The reason being Omar the store manager always gave me great service, very friendly and professional. I found out yesterday Omar has resigned. That is a loss for Monroe auto repair. Thank You Omar.

The staff are always so cordial, honest, and respectful to customers. I have made appointments and walked in for a variety of issues and they have always been speedy and responsive to all questions and concerns I have with my car.

I had a nail in my tire ( I did not know) it was losing air everyday. They plugged it said it was covered because I bought my tires there and in 10 minutes I was back on the road a very happy customer.

Worst Location by far. Scheduled a simple inspection and oil change 5 days in advance. After driving half way there, they wait till 10 mins before appointment to call and tell me their inspection guy isn't coming in for another 2 hours, so I reschedule for later in the day. Once again I arrive at location to find out their inspection machine isn't working.
