“Best, friendly staff in the area. Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail. However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“I left a note with UPS customer service and the Eden post office called me multiple times trying to reach me to answer my question. I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. (So thank you Ray!)”
“We’ve had an excellent experience with the staff at the Orchard Park Post Office while handling our EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) shipments. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always make us feel welcome. They work quickly, answer our questions, and make the EDDM process straightforward and efficient. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing great customer service. We really appreciate everyone at the Orchard Park Post Office and highly recommend them!”
“After they made simple mistake with package they did everything in their power to fix it as fast as possible. Between the manager and everyone else I dealt with they were so polite and nice.”

“Can we talk about Melissa for a second? This woman’s customer service is phenomenal. She is the definite of excellent customer service. She also has a great demeanor. I was having a really bad day and she was able to make me smile and for that I appreciate her more than she could ever know.”
“I run a side business so needless to say I am here a lot with packages to ship to my customers. Every time I'm here John or Mike never fail to put a smile on my face. These two go above and beyond to ensure stellar service and I actually look forward to my post office runs solely because of them. In fact, I once dropped my credit card in the post office and they made sure it got back to me. Now THAT'S unparalleled customer service. I love this location!”

“I usually go there to buy stamps, ship packages to other countries, get mails certified.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly no matter how long it takes.
I recently informed about the mail delivery service that has not been reliable in our area. The manager spoke to me and was very transparent about the process and steps taken . That felt made me feel very confident and next day I saw step 2 already been taken care of.
Thank you.”
