“I normally wouldn't review a post office but I think this one is doing just fine despite a lot of negative reviews so BAM - 5 stars! I've always had good service from various staff members when I stop in to mail out packages. I don't feel rushed when I'm trying to choose which stamps I want. I have not had any bad experiences, ever, for the 13 years I've lived in South Buffalo. People also seem to complain about their mail carriers but ours is very friendly, accommodating and all around great.”

“Best, friendly staff in the area. Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

Anyone who feels otherwise probably started their experience with a bad attitude to begin with.All the negative reviews of the past year can easily be attributed to the Trump Administration and DeJoy.”

“I left a note with UPS customer service and the Eden post office called me multiple times trying to reach me to answer my question. I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. “Every time I need go here I have never had problem that's good thing people are very helpful respectful kind I had stop in there again send package and guy wrote Adress on box I didn't know you allow to do that it for back up in case shipping labels gets damaged next time I stop send another package I will write adress on box for back up.,One bad thing I don't like this place is location sometimes it's time consuming to pull in and pull out it's on very busy road that's good thing for business I do recommend coming sending packages out that take po box Adress next time I stop in I will choose next day shipping get there few days faster”
