Can’t do a drop off

Semi Annual Blood Test - not at all painful. Care Quality - I was a walk-in but need the results done for an appointment next week. I just waited about 10 minutes. The line was fast moving with two walking in ahead me. The place is small but clean and modern - pretty graphic designs. Office Experience - I live in the area and was coming back from a PT appointment . Read the reviews of this location and was going to go to my old place on Sheridan tomorrow. That was simply because of the rotten reviews. I have a sense of humor so I'm ready for a story about this horrible place. I found Courtney was my technician for the blood test. She was friendly, young, helpful, answered my questions and helped other patients who were waiting. She had a good touch and didn't hurt. Found my vein easily. Very nice, friendly and professional. So my story was that you really shouldn't go by reviews because I had a great experience getting a blood test. Thank you, Courtney!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was the first person on the walk in list and they removed my name without even calling me back. When I asked them why they gave me attitude and said that I wasn’t there when they called my name

The time to hire new employees is Not when they are inconfident and still need another employee to do the job!!! 1 star is all they get when every other person is in and out except if your 1 of 3 people that get "the new girl" and they won't fire her either! Any other quest location is always better!

Tried to get an appointment for bloodwork for my 25yr old granddaughter. The closest date was the following week. Three days later, she died with a brain bleed and leukemia. This system needs to be changed. You can't talk to anybody and the recording says walk-ins may not be seen. They need more workers and bigger facilities.

Walk in is a waste of time. Employees work hard to clear all scheduled appointments then sit in the back and do nothing. The board shows 8 people currently being served. Once all scheduled appointments are done for the hour no one gets called back for 20 minutes.

On monday morning at 515 my husband and i signed in to quest there were 2 peo[ple ahead of us no big deal-right?wrong The employee took a woman who had an appt at 535 and sat in the back until the next appt came in.She could have had all patients done by that time! She also told a patient he may as well go home because he wasnt going to be seen anyway-she was quite rude also!Apparently she has no consideration for people who need bloodwork=or are sick and worried about thier health. My point is if you dont like your job-quit!There are a lot of others who will step up!

Do not go there if you dont have an appointment, waited 1 1/2 hrs as a walk in only to be turned away because they were closing. My doctor had wanted it done asap. Seems Quest puts money first over patients.

I needed to get blood work done before work but they didn't have the decency to be there and open when their hours promised they would

You go in, end up waiting hours because appointments are near impossible to get. You leave for 10 minutes to go to the bathroom and your off the list. Then walk-ins are removed. They use to text you when your appointment was ready, now they don't. So I waisted half a day of work for nothing. No one to talk to when you get there while waiting in a room. It's the most robotic experience you can have.

The employees were very friendly and nice. From my observations they were very efficient with the insane amount of people coming in with and without appts. I think we are so used to getting things done so fast before COVID that we took it for granted. I waited for over 2 &1/2 hours with no appt and therefore understood it would be awhile because they make it very clear when you sign in. You also see your name on the tv screen so you know where you are in line. If you have to wait with no appt, just be prepared. Being a book or something to make the time pass. It actually goes faster than you think. Give these employees a break, they are doing the best they can with what they are given.

long wait times, no receptionist, t.v. or magazines in waiting rrom. Place is completely walled off from customers. Could sit here for hours not nowing how long you have to wait, how many people ahead of you etc. The DMV has better service than quest. Unbeleivable how horrible the service is!!!!

Rude employees, broken equipment. Employee had shouting match in waiting room with another customer when he asked simple question about their broken check in equipment. Terrible customer service. Waited an hour to be told would have to wait another hour and a half to pee in a cup. Told "they want people to schedule appointments" however this was set up by a potential employer without the option of setting up appointment. Would appear most employees went on lunch leaving 7 people in the waiting room. Wife regularly has labs run at a difrent quest location, much better.

The tech admitted she had driven 16 hours from Georgia to make her early morning shift. She had issues drawing my blood. When I got home my arm was bleeding still and had a huge hard lump where she drew the blood. It was extremely painful. I called my doctor and she said it’s best to get it checked at the ER. The ER said it was a terrible blood draw not done properly. My husband and I missed worked for this. I now will have a bill from the ER. when I reached out multiple ways to Quest ti file my complaint I was ignored. If your tech is too tired to perform the job then they shouldn’t do it. I am holding Quest responsible for the additional costs they cost me from this situation.
