That in and of itself should tell you all you want to know about the care and quality of the services that they provide.
These people are top notch.

Do not go here. Gave them a try since I live nearby. My car ran perfectly, just needed an oil change. I agreed to add a tire rotation since I had just bought new tires in July and wanted to keep them in good condition. After that I noticed the car was vibrating. Brought it in again and they blamed it on bad tires so was charged for tire balancing. My car still vibrates and now my front wheels are making a grinding noise. I will be getting it serviced elsewhere and will never return here.

Great place to come for an oil change. Your vehicle is well taken care of, great customer service, great sitting area to watch tv while waiting, free popcorn and coffee, the place is clean, warm and comfortable while you wait for your vehicle. I've gone several times and recommend it to others.

It is First Come First Serve. No appointments!
Have been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections and is where I recommend people to go. Got there around 5:30 PM and Inspection took less than an hour. Saturday wait time usually longer in my opinion. Always have a solid movie playing in the waiting room as well.

Stopped by a several times after the service department keeps canceling my appointments and told to just go here. The people are nice the store is clean but never had anything done cause im not waiting 3-5 hours for a oil and tire rotation. Nothing about this place is quick and its an insult to get a appointment cancelled told to just go here and be told its a 3-4hr wait

Waaaay too long a wait for oil change! 3 hrs and 15 minutes. Although always professional and competent, this was way too long. Should not be named "Quick Lane." I hope the schools are turning out more mechanics to fill the field!

Went in for leaking tire. A word of caution...the name Quick Lane is Ford's name for any routine service that can typically done in a couple of hours or less, not a major job that should be scheduled with the main service department. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK SERVICE! You can typically wait three or more hours for a simple service that will actually take only forty minutes of mechanics' time to complete. The only exception is if you arrive before 6am, and are one of the first five or six customers. The staff are all very pleasant and competent, the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, so if you arrive after 7am, you can make yourself at home for a couple of hours, or have the shuttle to take you where you'd rather be. My tire was fixed nicely by the way.

Went for a oil change not a rotation kid took my tires off and told him it’s a oil change then took 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a oil change now Ieft shows no oil on dip stick and I have a nail in my tire! He wrote on paperwork that tire will need attention r u guys pulling a scam I didn’t have a issue with my tire now I do! I went back and said something but now he says it’s not us! There is no customer service to even talk to besides a young kid !

Friendly people, fair pricing, overall good experience. Only reason I can’t say great is because of speed of service. It’s first come first serve and even if you show up when they open it still doesn’t live up to the “quick” portion of its name. I would still recommend the place overall, but just be prepared to watch their TV and drink their coffee while you wait longer than you probably anticipated.
