I’m Canadian, and the prices at this Savers are MORE than the Value Village that we have at home before the Canadian exchange rate. This was absolute bonkers pricing, how is anyone shopping here.

The store was well organized. However, one of the men accepting donations was extremely rude. He stuffed a small Christmas tree I donated into a bin. The ornaments most likely got broken. He was also stacking items in a bin that was overflowing. I asked him nicely to please remove the box I gave him from the bin, and place it somewhere else because there were fragile items and he snapped at me. I explained to him that I was drove 90 minutes to make the donation at this store because they give the proceeds to the epilepsy foundation. My husband has epilepsy and it is epilepsy awareness month. He just brushed it off and continued to be extremely rude. I spoke to the manager inside the store, but he just wanted to pacify me by giving me coupons. I hope he spoke to that employee. I won’t be returning. 😔

I used to love this store. The prices are insane and after my experience this evening I’ll never be back. They charged my friends card, then couldn’t print a receipt, and the machine said it wasn’t charged. Yet we have proof from the bank. Then they couldn’t explain why when they voided the sale it was for $60 less than what the charged the card. The manager Josè was USELESS and now my friggen friend has to drive back tomorrow (45 minutes each way) to address this in person. Horrific customer service.

Used to be a decent and affordable place. Now, Ridiculously high prices for a thrift store. No dressing room and poor a return policy. The prices have doubled in the past year. $15-20 for 1 piece of (used) clothing is not affordable. Everything else has doubled in price as well. There is a lot of junk in this store they charge a lot for. It's a shame this company is making big profits with donations. Greedy business!

They have a bit of everything at Savers. Unfortunately their prices have gone up, so I usually only go on Tuesdays for "Seniors Day" as I can get 30% off everything. Each week they also offer 50% off a certain color tag. Happy hunting!

Savers is my first choice thrift store! The store is always neat and organized. Fresh merchandise is constantly being set out throughout the day. Donors can earn a 20% discount coupon when they bring in items to the donation drop off.
I’m always looking for lightly used men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing. Brand name sneakers are a great value here!

Prices seem to be on the uprise here as of late… it kind of sucks because what used to be a great thrift store find isn’t that great anymore because you’re paying retail prices for secondhand items. Still, a great selection of items and probably the best thrift store around. My personal pick over Salvation Army or Goodwill.

Where are sweaters and fall clothes for back to school? Racks and racks of bathing suits that no one needs now.

Savers? More like Spenders. This store has gotten WAY too greedy. I thought it’s a thrift store? A dusty old plastic tote that hasn’t been used since the Obama administration will set you back $4.99 while a TV from ten years ago is $199. Even an old book is $4.99. Where did we go wrong? Save your business for the Salvation Army or the Goodwill.

I found some great things here. The store was filled with customers, so you know they have a reputation for deals. It was clean and generally organized. The prices are decent too but some things are definitely overpriced. All in all, worth the trip!

They have no fitting room. They want you to buy everything you want to try on, take it home to try on, and then bring it back to return if it doesn’t fit. I don’t think this. They told me this. That’s their policy as a company. That is insane. I will donate and buy nothing from savers ever again.
