Sue as my husband stated.He peeled the labels and there was no reference to alcohol on the used box.The milestrip road store took the box.Your employee said he did not want to loose his franchise store.Very strange way to run a business.

My mother called with a question about a return she has brought in over the weekend. She spoke to a man named Daniel. He was so helpful, pleasant and helpful with her. I really appreciate that they treat everyone with respect.

Custom service is outstanding! Came from out of town for a funeral and needed a program copied. First tried Office Max and they couldn't do it until next day. So went to the Blasdell UPS store next door and they told me I needed a 72 hour turnaround time? It would have been too late. Did they not see the date for the funeral on the program?! So explained our situation to Dave, the manager of the South Park Hamburg UPS. Not only did he say he could do it that day, he made sure I was happy with the quality of the copies before he did the job. Told him I would do the folding so didn't take time from anyone else's project. He did my job while I did other errands and when I picked up my project, he'd folded them as well. Appreciate Dave's professionalism and kindness during a difficult time. I asked who could I let know about this good review, he said Google. My response: "I hate Google, but for you, I'll do it." Thank you, Dave.

Every time I have been here it’s been a solid experience. Dave and the guys here have helped me multiple times, first time Dave was extremely patient with my wife and I during our notary appointment while the whole store was packed with people waiting and the most recent notable time was this past Sunday. I didn’t realize the store closed at 3 PM and came in 5 minutes before close. He was more than willing to help. Amazon instead of setting up my returns as scan and drop had set it to print out a label, package and drop. He was more than accommodating helping me get the RMA and labels printed and even handled packing up the return for me as well (albeit like a normal customer I had to purchase a box and pay to get the items printed, as expected). Dave, I really appreciate the help hopefully the whole ordeal didn’t end up making you stay too late!

I always have a professional experience dropping anything off at UPS and I always appreciate Dave, the manager’s, help. I also had to say I made special mention of the vanilla passion, fruit, air freshener they are using. I have a sensitive nose and I enjoyed the scent.

Yikes beware! The air is saturated with a glade plug-in fragrance at this location!! So sad the employees are breathing in this poison and not aware of the health implications.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I walk in to needing something printed. The women with black hair tells me to print it to the store email. I sent it twice and she walks back to me and says “well it’s not going through so idk” then I say okay, we’ll can I use this computer behind me to try and log into my email to print it that way? She tells me “idk if they are even working right now” um what. How do you not know? Then her coworker takes over and she proceeds to talk about me outloud to her other coworker in the back room saying “she’s mad rude, she’s calling me a liar, idc I’m done helping her” This is what we get these days for customer service folks. I walked out.

Just had to leave the store because they were going to charge me $36 for a cardboard box, then wanted to charge me again for the shipping when I already had a prepaid shipping label from the company. Absolute criminal ???.he said that's just how it is, I don't get that kinda price when I go to the one over by BJ'S
