Closed at 9:55 Monday. I get that you don’t want some folks keeping you open late, but some of us rely on the open and close hours when making a decision in a small emergency.

This may come off as unfair review somewhat but it’s convenient for me don’t feel like driving McKinley mall.,
I don’t shop here but if have package that needs be drop off company sends me FedEx label I can use Walgreens that makes it convenient for me give them package , give them my number call or text updates package has been shipped out and pick up by FedEx that’s it.,
Everything else can not leave honest review for

If all Walgreens run like the one in Hamburg i can understand why they are in financial trouble. Want to buy candy the tag said 2/2, it range up 2/3 when employee went to check said it was old sign sale ended the 4th. I said still should get it for that price because that's what it said. They said nothing so I asked for a refund and the became nasty but gave it to me. Every time I go to this place there is a problem.This is about Walgreens as a whole.
I purchased a Walgreens brand snack and when I opened it there was a cigarette butt in it.
I called the customer service number on the package. I have them all the information I could but because of my eye site wasn't sure of some. The person i talked to asked if I could send pictures and gave me the email address to send them to. They told me someone would be in touch with me in a couple days.
Two weeks later and I haven't heard anything.
Oh and I was given $10 in Walgreens money ......lol
Will never shop there again.

They have misleading orange discount tags everywhere so I picked up three clearance items. the tag was right under the product. When I went back in to tell the the manager she was exceptionally rude about it without provocation.

Do not go to the Hamburg location for vaccinations. Too busy. No matter what you are told, they take walkins before people who have appointments..

Very rude female sales clerk. My husband pointed out that they were charging deposit on wine. He did not care about the 5 cent charge, but thought they should know how their system is set up. Her rude response was was "the wine is on sale."

I recently switched from Hamburg Pharmacy and I have been very happy with the service at this Walgreens pharmacy. Aaron and Jimmy always take the time to listen and help me when I have a question. I feel confident in going to Walgreens pharmacy because of their attention to detail and their positive attitude. They should both get a raise.

A BUNCH OF JERKS! ACCIDENTALLY put the wrong birth date on my daughters form..2016 instead of 2006 and they absolutely would not change it or help. She needed a covid test to go to France and it is a limited test so she missed her window! WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS! I will never shop here again!

I signed my daughter up for her covid test because she is leaving for France on Friday and I accidentally put 2016 instead of 2006 as her birthdate. Phones are tiny. The Pharmacist would not change it and would not give her a test. They could have cared less that she needed it for travel! So much for your neighborhood store! We had to run around and find a place. It was an accident. I called the main Walgreens to complain and they said there is no reason it couldn’t have been changed. I will never shop here! They only care about themselves!

Third World Pharmacy! Tried for three years to work out a pharmacy issue. For three years I received a partial refill on a medication. I tried though the staff, manager and customer service but to no avail. Every month I would make the 16 mile round trip to find a partial refill and then two days later I would make another 16 mile round trip to pick up the rest of my prescription. The Pharmacist would then promise it would not happen again. Save yourself the trouble and try any other pharmacy.
