Been disappointed in my Walmart recently. They have been out of items that i regularly need. On top of that I HAD to use the restroom there and it was disgusting. But when ya gotta go ya gotta go. Should have gone home.

The crabby pluckers with 8 bins on their huge carts are ruining the instore experience. Crabby Sally snapped at me in Home Goods, cuz she had to get up the aisle I was standing by. Some rush and cant control carts, creating safety issue.

There are so many associates running around with those big carts to do shopping. They have no respect for the regular shoppers. They are usually arguing with each other or talking about inappropriate things. Some of them are nice enough to move their equipment... others not so much And don't think you can ask them for help..they fly through the store and pretend they don't hear you!

Called ahead of time to see if they had something in stock and they said yes but when I got there I searched and they didn't have it

We the people should start getting a discount or money off our groceries or whatever we buy at Walmart for the self checkout lanes because we're already coming there to buy things to pay their salary so seeing on how we don't get a paycheck to come there and work we should get discount's or 5 to 19 percent off when you go through self checkout

This is among the worst Walmart locations in the country - and nothing ever seems to improve. The grocery area is a disheveled mess. Products are frequently MIA for weeks at a time. The workers are rude, especially the meat department fillers. During the pandemic, it's been like a police state. The other Buffalo area stores are heads and shoulders above this one and it makes no sense.

The store itself is fine but the home delivery is miserable. The last two times I ordered stuff they never showed and after waiting two hours both times, I called to find out where it was and they promised me a new driver was coming with an hour. One time, we waited 2 additional hours and shockingly the new driver never showed up either so I wound up having to call the main customer service national line to cancel the order and get my money back. Terrible service with minimal accountability from the local store. They blamed it on their third-party food delivery service each time without an apology. I would be shocked if this service still existed two months from now because apparently they are unable to figure out how to run it well.

Ok. It's Wal Mart. Tuesday is senior day opens at 6:00 am. But they let any one in. Security was rude correcting a customer on quality amount. Along the customer fell bad about buying more than the limit. The shelves are empty here and there. They need to enforce the age limits and closeness rules. If they have what I need I will be back.

It's Walmart. You'll get what you'll expect. Probably more decent than some of the other locations but still strange. The workers are friendly but expect to be approached as if you are stealing something. I swear this happens to me regularly and I don't know why! There is usually plenty of staff to help you at any of the departments so if you ever need assistance and you can't find someone, go up to the front and they will page someone to help you. Their stock almost always seems low though so if you are looking for options, you may might not find them.
