I’ve been banking with woodforest for over 10 years!! They’re amazing and know me by my voice over the phone, remember who I am every time they see me! Scott and Eric have always been super helpful in every situation!! I couldn’t recommend a better bank!!

My Sister and I just got off the phone with Wood Forest Bank in Hamburg NY the assistant manager was disgusting I told him I wanted to open a secured line of credit and he told I should only do it for 500 bucks started being nasty and very short tempered with us. His attitude was disgusting. I deliver great Customer Service at my job and I dont get why he cant. Its just horrible and disgusting. I'm excited to build my line of credit up and to call someone who is miserable and doesn't like his job is just wrong. I'm a Tractor Trailer driver and I go all over the place. I've been in New York Pennsylvania Kentucky and every where in between I have never had a negative comment I wanted to give but this gentleman is short tempered and its just horrible then he told me that hes not able to open what I want over the phone. I'm not interested in his snide remarks and smart mouth. I need a service as I have my credit I am trying to build I will never call this place back. That manager should get fired. If I spoke to anyone that's a customer of the Tractor Trailer Company I drive for I'd be fired. No question in my mind. I don't judge Wood Forest Bank for the people they hire some of them are just terrible and some of them are awesome. Lesson learned. Along Interstate 90 you've got other options for Wood Forest Bank. I dont like this dudes attitude and I will go some where else. Problem solved. Have a great day everyone Daniel

I joined Woodforest after being repeatedly let down by my previous bank (Evans, now NBT). Woodforest has been amazing for my personal and business account s. Specifically, Scott and Eric, but the entire staff has been great. I highly recommend this bank and this location. Thanks for all you do!
