Great, small but friendly place to exercise. Your a name, not a number there. Smaller gym but once you go, you'll keep coming back.

The Community Wellness Center is open to anyone looking to get healthier. We share a simple, yet ambitious goal: to develop and administer programs that encourage people to live healthier and more fulfilling lives through fitness and socialization. Combining these factors in a single program provides the ultimate opportunity to achieve and maintain health and wellness.
The Community Wellness Center is a community outreach service of the Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, NY. The trainers are accessible for all members as part of the membership fee. The trainers are available to record blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen capacity if requested by the member.
M thru F 6:00 am - 12:00: 1pm-5:00
