HIGHLY recommend the floral department, especially if Lisa is working! We ordered 2 bouquets and 2 corsages, and she even threw in a beautiful satin flower for my husband to wear. We came in with just colors in mind and with less than a month before the wedding, and I was so so impressed with the result. Thank you so much!!

I no longer shop at this store because of the employee attitudes. They should be trained by the same school that does the training for Hanifords, Kinney drugs, and many others. The managers also have an “I could care less attitude.” Also prices are high. Wish we could get an Aldies here for some competition.

Husband ordered flowers online for my birthday . Flowers arrived half full of water petals falling all over the floor and even were in The water. Flowers were old and moldy. The green ones were brown and had gray fuzzy mold! Gross! Greenery was brown. Leaves on flowers all brown and crispy looking. Not happy at all for the ridic price he paid! Tried to reach out to where we ordered them from they said they would reach out to the store.. after I sent them photos which I did.. welp no response they said . . I have photos that I sent to the place that gave the order to price chopper. Just refund our money back. I have dead flowers that are still in my house in case they need more photos to prove how dead they are! I want our money back. Never even buying another thing from this store!

I was looking for baby food with low protein for my dog and an awesome employee Mike helped me find the perfect stuff! Also Kayla cashed us out and she was great! 10/10 great visit, would recommend

The cashiers had to have someone come over and look at our ID. The customer service lady grabbed my husband Wallet out of his hand so hard all his cards fell out of his wallet all of the place. She never said sorry. Or help make sure all the cards were picked up. I will think twice before going here again.

It's an ok store, but the service is good. Yesterday (March 30th), went to Rae's register. She was fast, friendly, and efficient. I was putting groceries back in the cart and she made sure they were within reach. Most employees are slower, but they're mostly pleasant.

Deli sliced meat & cheese are high quality but some are sliced so thin that it's hard to detach a slice. And product dries out fast.Check turkey, provlone., cheddar...

This used to be my main grocery store, until about last year. Now lines are backed up into the store at every register so bad you cant even access the main isle. Its like this everytime no matter the time of day or what day it is. They refuse to fully staff the cashiers- they want you to use the self checkout- which sucks for more than a few items (Please place your item in the baggage area where there is absolutely no room for it) The cashiers they do staff all retired at least 10 years ago from their 1st career No hand baskets anymore you have to use a honking cart for everything. Gotta practically beg for deli service whom first suggests you buy the pre cut stuff. Even if you purchase bags they don't bag your groceries for you. If you complain about any of it they just shrug their shoulders. Food is no longer inexpensice, Service is dead, and Price Choppers share holders are richer than ever. I hope they open an aldis in this town.
