I was from out of town, was having issues with my brakes and pulled into Universal Auto off main drag, the owner himself took my vehicle in made the repairs and got me back on the road in a matter of a few hours. Great guy! Wish there were more mechanics with his great attitude. He’ll get it done!Service: Brakes

Huge thanks to Bill and Universal Auto! Shortly after bringing my car up to Hamilton for the semester, I had quite a few issues with my tires, brakes and rotors that needed attention. Bill was efficient, communicative and friendly the entire time. He did great work on my car in a very timely manner, in addition to keeping me informed and updated along the way. If you’re local and looking for an auto shop, I highly recommend coming here.

An extremely warm welcoming and knowledgeable store. The staffs use of two way radios saves shoppers a substantial amount of time. Also this isn’t your average variety store, Parrys brings together local products in the form of food to picture frames. Parrys also has a unique facet, a worn again clothing store (separate store with its own hours), giving people the option to buy quality clothing at a discount. I love this because as woodworker I constantly need work shirts and pants and I’d rather not spend a lot of money on my work attire. Thank you Parrys
