Couldn’t navigate the aisles due to merchandise carts and totes blocking the shelves. I even had to move one of the large carts and push the totes so I could see the merchandise on the shelf. Upon walking up to the register, I was not greeted by Nancy (I believe was her name). Instead she started saying “I knew this would happen” and “I need to get out of here”. Apparently it was too much for her to check out my 3 items because she had to go so bad. Didn’t tell me to have a good day or anything. Very rude.

Hamlin store is filthy, with carts full of boxes everywhere, along with merch blocking floors. Employees are nasty and just screw around on phones with explicit language. My wife and son were both accused of shoplifting and all three employees were verbally aggressive and unprofessional when questioned. Their manager just quit and employees have no supervision or accountability.
