They were super nice! But I was totally lost at what to do at drop off and tried to call prior to drop off several times doing business hours and got no reply. It was fine but simple walk through and check in would fix this.

The people are always super friendly everytime we go in! It's also a huge bonus that they've got Uhauls now!
