Fred is an amazing person. I called him in desperation because my previous solar contractor demonstrated he had no interest in helping me out of a dire situation with batteries. Fred didnt know me at all, I was not a customer of his but he was on it immediately. I received call backs from him in an extremely timely fashion.. He helped me find the most cost effective way to solve my problem and had my new batteries installed the same day . Now I'm sure he can't solve every problem that quickly but at least you can count on someone who will always follow up with you, like I said, in a timely manner which is such a relief if you've ever tried to get customer service from someone who really didnt care about their customers. Anyway, thanks Fred. I can't thank you enough.

Nice guy trying to keep his business open post COVID. he sold and installed a new collector, charge controller and inverter last year. He had me get a new battery which he added to complete my bank of 4. THE BATTERIES FROZE . My replacement cost is over 1700. no other solutions were offered. My previous set lasted 20 years w no freeze. I think the new charge controller drained the batterys but can't prove it as I'm not an electrical engineer.
