This was the second time we’ve stayed at Moon Shadow and I can’t say enough nice things about it. The Harps are amazing hosts and nothing is overlooked.Lovely rooms and the front porch has the most beautiful, soothing wind chimes! We’ll be back!
Food & drinks: Fantastic breakfasts and we had pizzas made by the Harps that were amazing.

Another wonderful stay at Moon Shadow! We have visited at least 6 or 7 times now and are wowed with each visit (hence the returns!). No matter the time of year, a stay at Moon Shadow is therapeutic to the soul. The beautiful, comfortable rooms, the amazing breakfasts (and now also some dinner options), the view and awesome Keuka Lake region with it's wineries and other activities, never disappoint. Steve and Jeanette always make us feel welcome. We will certainly be back again!!

Absolutely amazing B&B! Steven and Jeanette are wonderful hosts who make you feel like family. We enjoyed chatting with them and other guests around the bonfire in the evenings and at breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast was outstanding, the home and property are beautiful and very well maintained (recommend staying in the loft!), the location is convenient—everything exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Moon Shadow to anyone planning a visit in the area!

Steve and Jeanette are fantastic hosts- warm and made our stay comfortable. Everything is as advertised- the quaint charm, the gorgeous view, comfortable beds, and an amazing breakfast! Really, the food is stellar.
We basically used their recommendations and planned our stay around it. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed our time around Keuka lake.
The only reason for 4 stars is because the a/c broke the day before we arrived and couldn’t be repaired over Memorial Day weekend. We weren’t given any notice to rethink our accommodations as it did quite hot during the night. They did provide a small fan.

What an amazing experience! We were greeted by Jeanette and welcomed into their home. After the stunning grand tour and some meet and greet with their doggos, We were gifted to be shown to our room in the GORGEOUS Luna Suite!
In addition to our space feeling private with direct indoor/outdoor access, private full bath, and a key to your room that is provided - Steven and Jeanette also provided a level of warmth,inclusiveness and hospitality putting such attention to detail to ensure your stay is nothing less of a perfect experience.
I haven't even gotten to the best part - BREAKFAST! I made a general comment about what I typically eat for breakfast and we woke up to aromas that instantly waters your mouth!
Jeanette and Steven listened to what I said and elevated it to the next level! ( Again all the attention to detail!) Fully cooked breakfast with AMAZING hosts!! We chatted for a while and even bought some delicious house made honey and hot sauce before saying our goodbyes.
Thank you again Moon shadow - As a local doing our staycation and celebrating our anniversary, you exceeded our expectations and enhanced our experience.
We look forward to visiting you again!

The accommodations were large and comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for more delicious and bountiful breakfasts. The service was fabulous and our hosts were very welcoming hosts. Great location in the Finger Lakes.

Noteworthy details: Our third stay here...each one has been superlative. Hosts are terrific. Breakfast is great, rooms are lovely, guests are interesting! Proximity to wineries is great.

If I could I would leave 10 stars.I can't even articulate what an experience Jeanette and Steven offer for the most amazing hospitality ever offered. Moon Shadow is so comfortable, impeccably clean, with so many terrific amenities. The view of Keuka Lake from the great, homey front porch with a variety of comfy seating and friendly gathering place to the welcoming breakfast room and living room. The breakfasts were so over the top delicious incorporating fresh garden ingredients and gourmet treats. So delicious. Can't get this in a restaurant. I just can't say enough about their open hospitality. It's a must do. Can't wait to go back next year!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful place to stay on Keuka Lake -Beautiful property, comfortable rooms and common areas, and awesome breakfasts (and option to order pizzas, salads and sweets in the evening). Jeanette and Steven were amazingly hospitable and their knowledge of and connections with local restaurants, attractions, wineries and the like made it easy to plan activities (Steven's winery tour is highly recommended). We chose Moonshadow because of its proximity to the Point of the Bluff's concert venue, but it was so much more than we expected.

Such an amazing time staying with Jeanette and Steve. Everything was wonderful. From just after we made the reservation until our last breakfast and check out. I enjoyed everything about this choice. Breakfasts are out of this world but I also recommend staying in for a pizza one night. If youRooms: Most of the rooms are spacious and comfy. There’s one smaller room but it’s not tiny. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was large and clean.Nearby activities: Wineries are near and even walkable if you’re in good shape. There’s all sorts of restaurants shopping in the area. Recommend a visit to Penn Yan and Hammondsport.Food & drinks: Local wine is offered for purchase but the breakfasts are one of the stars of the show. We were able to customize to gluten free options too. They also offer pizza and salads for afternoon meals.

Moonshadow B&B (MB&B) is the perfect spot for your visit to the finger lakes. MB&B is exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view from the deck, porch, fire pit and from some rooms, overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake whose water's edge is only a few hundred yards down the hill. There is also a game room and exercise room. Just walking distance (up the hill right behind MB&B) is the famous Dr. Konstantin Frank's Vineyards and Winery. Many other vineyards/wineries, breweries and distilleries are also nearby, as are restaurants, boat rentals, etc. in fact MB&B is very convenient to just about everything. The innkeepers, Steven (a former restauranteur) & Jeanette, couldn't be nicer. They are very warm (and interesting) and go out of their way to ensure that your every need is met, while fully respecting your privacy. I almost forgot to mention the daily homecooked gourmet breakfasts with fresh ingredients right from MB&B's garden and other locally sourced ingredients. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Our overall rating: EXCEPTIONAL SPOT!

We just returned from a relaxing stay at Moonshadow B and B. We felt so at ease in this idyllic home. Our stay included comfortable accommodations in the Loft, lots of spacious surroundings to hang out all over the property, fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast every morning, along with great recommendations for locale sight seeing, dining and wineries, plus the gorgeous views of Keuka Lake. Jeanette and Steven and their pets are the perfect hosts!
