I absolutely love coming here! Jon is always able to get me in, even without an appointment, and the wait time is never long. My favorite techs to go to are Ella and Jenny. They both do such an amazing job and are always so friendly. The salon is spotless, the staff are professional, and they’re always accommodating if I ever want something adjusted with my nails. I always leave happy and get so many compliments afterward. Highly recommend!

This place is horrid. Never go here. I booked an appointment for 3:30 and did not get seen until 4:30. Bad customer service. The woman laughed at me and proceeded to make fun of me, thinking I couldn’t understand her. Overpriced for a rushed service.

I recently had a manicure and spa pedicure here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The 30-minute foot massage was nothing more than light touching with no real pressure — it felt pointless and not relaxing at all. The worst part was that the cuticles on both feet were not cleaned properly, leaving them looking messy and unfinished. Overall, the entire service felt rushed, as if they just wanted to get it over with. Definitely not worth the time or money.
By the way, she cleaned my polish bottle very. well.

Epic nails is great. And busy. They take walk ins but best to make an appointment.
I switched here from Angel Tips when the girl gave me a 5 min pedicure and rushed me out. I complained, but they gave me no apology. They were rude. So I left them after many years of being a good customer.
Glad I switched to Epic.

I've been here twice so far for pedicures. I can't believe how affordable the prices are ($22 for a regular pedicure). The salon is clean and spacious with an overall pleasant environment. There are many colors to choose from and they neatly displayed. The staff is nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Susan rough and rushed, there is so rushed in the building I thought perhaps they had a bridal party coming in or something, very messy, not smooth, just it’s been twice now with Susan so I would avoid her, but I like the place try to go to the other people. Cindy can be a little bit messy too, but there are a lot of workers there, but I was just say avoid the two of them

Ive been here 4 times hoping that I just need to try someone different but they all work the same unfortunately. It’s a Great location if you’re looking to get something quick and don’t care about the appearance yes go for it but if you’re looking to get what you pay for this is definitely not the place to go. People are okey with service I think they just need to take their time to do a better job and not rush too much that what will create customer loyalty. The mani and pedi are deff not what I’m use to but I just moved here and gave this place a try as I need a new salon overall not worth the money we pay for the service we get.

One star at best. The place is shabby and dirty beyond words. It was busy when I first walked in which makes me think that if I'd stayed I would've gotten a pretty decent pedicure but honestly I'm terries of getting another fungus and I didn't see them taking out new supplies for each customer

The hours of operation is supposed to be 10 AM. They arrived almost 30 min late. Line out the door waiting. I confronted the owner showing him the horrible pedicure that his employee did. He got very rude with me and said, “there is Nothing wrong with my pedicure”. Take a look what do you think? Probably the worst pedicure ever! I think a 5-year old could’ve done a better job

The people here are amazing. My mom is going through a tough time and was in need of a little TLC. The women who did our pedicures and her 15 massage are phenomenal. They also helped me sneak paying for her (she can be stubborn) without her knowing a single this. Our pedicures came out perfect and we had a wonderful time here. 10/10 will always recommend this place.
