“Vanessa and her team (and husband) honestly saved my wedding reception. They made arrangements for our church ceremony, bridesmaids, and reception. When help fell through at the last second for our lunch, she so very kindly helped make it happen and did such a beautiful job. I loved working with her and felt totally at ease knowing she'd come through for me, her selection is amazing and she made my vision come to life. Other bigger flower shops in the Hamptons were incredibly rude and flakey, not Vanessa though. “HUGE shout out to Jay and Linda for coming through for me on Valentine’s Day. I called because it was the closest flower shop, and my boyfriend had just left for a haircut. I thought I could at least attempt to see if they could make a delivery. Obviously they were very busy ? but it was worth a shot. I stayed on the phone talking with jay because he was very kind, open and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing or picking out….but I was going to find one way or another to get to Dutch petals just because of their customer service!Long story short, Jay was able to squeeze a delivery in to me with another delivery he had nearby me so that I could surprise my boyfriend with an absolutely beautiful flower bouquet. He even delivered it himself!!! You guys are the best and you have a forever customer.Happy Valentine’s Day”
