I guess men don't count these days. Went Macy's today with the primary intent to get a tie tack. First two salespeople had no clue what a tie tack was. Apparently this Macy's is deserving of such things. Very sad world.

Macy’s in Holyoke mall has a good selection of men’s clothes. However, salespeople are far and few between. It’s like a morgue in there during the week. Few shoppers. Prices change day to day. Never pay full price. They are lucky to still be open.

The staff is excellent and I really love I can order Macy's online and do quick and easy pick up for free in the store. In store I love getting all the great sales

Tiny, no selection. No clerks to check out. Walked around the entire tiny store 4 times couldn't find one sales associate. Myself and another shopper put our stuff down and left. Thanks for saving us money with that wretched sales assistance ? Macy's lost about a 300 sale from me alone idk what the other person had? some things never change. Macy's has been like this since my Mom shopped there.

Macy's quality and selection has steadily gone downhill the past few years. They used to be my go to store for clothing but not so much lately. It makes me sad to see what their stores have become.

I found great deals here but did not find a big selection for petite women in winter coats. Wound up having to purchase one in the children's section.
