Her high interest in what I needed made me feel secured that my packages were going to be delivered at their destination. Daylines customer service not only was higher than expected but her contagious smile has you walking away with a smile for the rest of the tour day! :)

“Marianne and her crew are WONDERFUL.I faced a potential nightmare--of my own making, per usual--shipping household items of various shape/size/weight to my out-of-state residence. Marianne advised me re potential cost vis-a-vis usefulness of some of the items. So, I ended up with what my wife and I need for our home; the extra items will be used by my relatives or donated to good causes.Marianne is professional, patient, and very sympathetic to customers like myself who have difficulty making decisions. She never rushed me--the new store space is definitely beneficial. UPS made a good decision to expand its Southampton location, with Marianne in charge!”
