I had trouble getting a delivery recently. I called Petco in Hampton Bays and spoke with Holly the store manager. This was after I spoke with Petco's customer service numerous times and received no help at all.
Holly got it done! On a previous occasion I spoke with a lovely salesperson named Cheyanne. She too was a pleasure to speak with.

I brought my dog to his appointment at 9:30 and I explained them on a message what my dog needs and how friendly he is. We were on time and the lady canceled me because she didn’t know how large my dog was, I have everything on the app he is just 45 pounds and she cancel me when I was there and trying to reschedule me at the end of the month. It was really disappointing 😓

Sarah was so helpful and gave me many great suggestions for games to stimulate my pups curiosity and help to avoid boredom as well as guide me in which toys would be beneficial for my dogs age and energy.

Would give a zero if it were possible. Brought our yorkie in for grooming and he was in his carry all He cant bark because like many toy dogs he has a partially collapsed trachea. Groomer requested a vets note. Dog is cared for by a petco vet and is know to a petco vet. Managed called the vet who said dog could be groomed if not stressed. By that timethe dog was nearly asleep in his carry bag. Not a stressed dog I asked the manager ti speak to the vet. He stated the vet did not say the dog could not be groomed and even if i spoke to the vet the groomee was uncomfortable. The groomed Cynthia shoud be fired for stupidity and shirking work

Associate was extremely helpful and gave me alot of info I needed to help my cat who is old and sadly has been diagnosed with leukemia...she guided me to where I could find food he could eat, or help him. She even gave me info for other places to go to help my cat. I don't remember her name but she was very nice helpful and I would choose this location over there Riverhead one anyday just for the customer service. Pricing isn't too high, nice size store. 5 stats

There was a time I wouldn't step foot in this place because the employees were rude and the place was filthy (that's on mostly dog owners but obviously the dog poop and pee were left there to dry). Well I want to say I went there on 11/22/23 for some reason and the two gentlemen (manager and cashier) were the nicest and most helpful! They were both there this evening (11/29/23) and I received the same courteous service! The store was immaculate and I will be back! Seems as though people complained and management listened!
