Overall very happy. Dog looked good and was not stressed. The time was convenient and there is a lot to choose from just bathing to full service treatments.

Had an appointment that I made weeks ago to have my puppy groomed. For starters it took me weeks to even MAKE an appointment because they never answer the phone and trying to book online shows them booked through December- I don't know why I even looked that far ahead. So I bring my dog in and the groomer comes over to look at him, he growls and backs up against me and my children, she says nope not doing it, can't do it, won't do it. He's aggressive. He didn't lunge at her, he doesn't bite. He's a puppy FFS! He was scared, she's a stranger! I've been paying for Vital Care but for what, I can't even get his nails clipped. The woman was RIDICULOUS and is clearly not trained to work with animals!

My pomeranian Sophie went in shaggy and came out so stinking cute with little pink bows and her hair cut a perfect length to give her the teddy bear look. Thanks so much for the groomers professional expertise and caring. Sorry I forgot her name....Sophie was so cute my mind went blank cuz my heart was full!♡ Will highly recommend her and your company!♡♡

I stopped into the Hampton Bays, NY store on March 16 to pick up dog treats. Visited the Ladies Room, 10:30 am. Walked right out of what was a toxic, filthy mess. The store opened at 9 am, so obviously it hadn't been cleaned from the day before. Guess the store doesn't follow any Covid Protocol where the restrooms are cleaned on a regular basis. I complained to corporate and store manager called me. Very condescending, basically said "It couldn't have been like that, I've never seen it like that." So is he calling me a liar?

If I could give this place a -star I would. They completely ruined my dogs hair. I showed the groomer a photo for reference and she took off all my dogs hair. If they couldn't do the look they should've told me so I could've found an actual dog groomer instead of someone who is just going to shave my dogs hair off. Do not go.

I went to this particular location to purchase a Betta fish. After browsing their selection of fish housed in tiny containers. A very pleasant young woman assisted me with items to purchase for start up aquarium, food etc. Unfortunately, the woman at check- out not so much. She was rude, unprofessional and refused to give me a bag. I offered to pay for the bag she said no. We don't know if you are going to put the fish in a bag. Why would put any fish in a bag? I even went on to explain to her I need a bag for the items purchased and a bag to lay on the floor of my car just in case the water spilled. Even the young lady in the fish department advised me to do so. What an idiot. Needless to say I will NOT be making purchases at the location again. I will use Petsmart where the associates are pleasant and nonconfrontational.

Roxy was done very quickly, which we love. Lot's of stray hairs this time which I trimmed, but she still looked beautiful!!!!
