Planet Fitness has 2,700+ locations and best-in-class equipment. It provides a welcoming space and a Judgement Free Zone for all. The 30 minute workout room is a no brainer and is efficient for a workout routine. Staff is nice and the gym is pretty clean. There are many machines of different types. Some members say the showers in one location are out of commission and that waiting in line for a shower can be frustrating. Treadmills slip above 9 MPH and new ones are needed. Locker rooms are not recommended. Overall, the staff is willing to assist and many members praise the cleanliness and variety of equipment.
I am traveling and love being able to use Planet Fitness with my with Silver Sneakers acct throughout the country. Friendly front desk, clean gym, very nice environment.

I had them as 1-star because of the blonde girl at the front desk and her extremely rude and nasty attitude, but I haven’t seen her in a week so maybe they fixed the problem and I will say the rest of the staff have been extremely friendly. The entire staff(and the new manager) in recent months has been very welcoming. This is important to me and probably for other people as well. A simple good morning and/or good afternoon that is often said is much appreciated! Love the gym, been going there many years, nicely maintained.
