Portions were extremely small and overpriced. Drinks were very good. Very nice atmosphere and staff.

Our meals were outstanding! The service was top notch. Friendly and professional. The plates are hot when your meal arrives. Attention to detail is wonderful. Chef came to say hello and to check on how we liked the food. Very welcoming all around!

Four of us went for restaurant week and we all regretted it. We had to ask for more dressing for the salad; the mushroom pasta looked awful on the plate- it was dark brown and like no pasta shape I'd ever had and tasted strangely. The salmon was fair. All portions were small- even for restaurant week. The only really good choice was the burger made with meat and chorizo. The dessert was delicious but not enough to bring us back for a second time

Great location in Hampton Bays. The room was beautiful, new, clean. Facilities excellent. The restaurant was superb. We had oysters; Caesar salad; paella of filet mignon and lobster. Elegant and delicious.

What a perfect hotel in the hamptons area. It is the perfect blend on cozy, nature, and modern. Lots of options for types of rooms and lots of outdoor seating. Loved that it was not the typical standard hotel experience with the same stuffy furniture. We chose a standalone suite with a fireplace and it was perfect for a weekend with friends. The onsite restaurant was very charming and the food was great. Loved that there were great restaurants within a 3 minute drive as options. Across from the water and close to the Woeffler winery for us.

We stay here every September for a few nights. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We like the newer rooms located in a beautiful wooded setting. They include a rear deck with fireplace. This was a great amenity to have, especially since we entertained a few friends during our last trip. The onsite restaurant was a great convenience that we took advantage of for breakfast. Our only complaint is the TV situation. While we don't go to the Hamptons to watch TV, we do like to watch it after dark. Unless you want to log in to your own TV Apps (Netflix, Apple+, etc.) your only choice is a free channel that is half commercials. It wasn't worth the effort. Management should reword the misleading sign that says that they provide Apple TV.
They only provide an Apple TV box, if you want to watch Apple TV you must be a subscriber and use your own log in.

The Hampton Maid in Hampton bays New York has been known for their famous breakfasts for over 50 years and we will be sure to enjoy one! Staying over is magical. Quiet, calm, beautiful and like a step back in time. A beautiful cottage room, bay views, windmill, absolutely pristine condition and real life keys!! The Hamptons offer countless inns, bed and breakfasts, trendy resorts and hotels but the Hampton Maid history and location make it one of my favorite spots and I’ve been coming here since I was born!! If you’re taking a trip to the Hamptons take a look at the Hampton Maid. Breakfast booked and was excellent.

An exceptional stay at the Hampton Maid! Our King Suite was amazing and the service and dining at R’Aire can’t be beat. What a wonderful place to stay before and after our wedding! We’ll be back for sure ?!

We recently stayed Thursday-Sunday for our daughter’s wedding. We stayed in the suites at the top of the property and accommodations were amazing! Rooms large, bed comfortable and outdoor deck with fireplace was perfect! We had a goodbye breakfast at restaurant for 45 people and food was delicious, service excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you Hampton Maid!

This is our second stay and everything was just great- the room was spacious- it was the upper windmill room- clean and very comfortable- next year we would try for one of the newer chalets- the stairs were a slight problem- the breakfast was as good as ever- great service and wonderful selections
