10/10 experience, not only do they care for their customers but the energy is always so welcoming walking into this UPS store. I got all the help I needed by a worker named Dayline. Her high interest in what I needed made me feel secured that my packages were going to be delivered at their destination. Daylines customer service not only was higher than expected but her contagious smile has you walking away with a smile for the rest of the tour day! :)

The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff is very efficient. Coby who helped me is an exceptional employee with very good customer service.

I have been to many UPS stores across Long Island and the Hampton Bays store is by far the best one. They are extremely helpful with finding the best way to get my packages where I need them to go and by when they need to get there by. They are all amazing starting with Dayleen , Coby, Julie ,Diego. Thank you for your help with my shipping needs.

What an amazing experience at this location. I am doing a lot of returns and the staff is very helpful. Especially Coby and Dayline. They have been very helpful, professional and so quick with helping me.
Love that this location has a parking on the back! So convenient

Everyone who was working couldn’t have been more helpful for what I needed done. They suggested a few different ways to accomplish it and I really appreciated their help. I would recommend them to everyone. They do it in a very professional but friendly manner. I will be using them from now on!!
