The guy behind the counter was very rude! I asked him if i can grab a box for Express delivery overnight and he told me they don’t do the service anymore which is a lie! Had no issue at the Southampton location! If you don’t want to do your job why are you there?!!!!

Absolutely horrible, so many issues here. I asked to speak with a manager regarding mail being shoved in my PO box, with one specifically saying "do not bend" that was folded in half, and the rest of my mail crumbled up. The supervisors answer was "get a bigger box and pick up your mail every day that wont happen" I told him maybe if something doesn't fit, it should be held, horrible service all the time.

It's pretty much your standard post office, the inside can feel a little cramped. It's usually pretty busy inside the buildings, so I wouldn't choose this post office if you're in a rush. Some of the staff is very nice, while others can be a bit curt. The outside is absolutely gorgeous and charming, with colorful flowers and a patriotic monument decorating the outside of the building. It's your average post office, I suppose.

With the exception of 2 employees, I can easily say that no one else in that building could care less what your problem is. They just pass the buck and you get nowhere.

It's fine as far as Post Offices go, but I just returned from there, and they've removed the mailboxes you used to be able to pull right up to and use without getting out of the car. They recently had moved them back, making it necessary to get out of the car to mail a letter. Now they're history completely. Nothing like convenience for the handicapped and elderly eh. If you support the slob in the white house, please get your head examined before election day.

Valerie Faria has no customer service skills or etiquette. She should not be a post master. She is not nice. She likes to threaten and embarrass customers and employees.

Not always friendly, tends to blame customer for own incompetence. As of late, there have been no issues.
