I would give this place 0 starts if possible, I took my dog here to get groomed, he is a pitsky a husky and pit bull mix , he loves kids and loves people , he has very bold eyes and has the body of a husky but I took him in today and the owner or the male that was there said they couldn’t take him in today because he looks “SCARY” what is that supposed to mean ? I asked him how does scary look like ? He just said he scares him and that he’s not taking him in, I told him that was weird because my dog didn’t do anything to him and it’s makes no sense for him to be scared and he just laughed it off and said no , not sure what’s wrong with the owner or he just picks and chooses who to attend , so if anyone has a “scary” looking dog I don’t recommend this place , and if anyone has any recommendations for any shops that do take”scary dogs” help me out , I’m from the military and I’m very busy most of the day and I groom him personally but having someone else do it would be great

Frank runs a well stocked inventory of a variety of pet foods and his knowledge of pets is encyclopedic and the Grooming side of the shop is run by Meridith who is a dog whisperer!

In my option the best grooming and pet accessories on the East End!! I have been a client/customer for well over 10 years!Frank the owner is extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and pet products. His prices are fair and competitive.Meredith, who grooms my dogs,is precision personified. Nothing is ever a problem. My 5 shihtzus always are groomed perfectly and they actually look forward to their baths! Joan and Brianna are fantastic as well!!If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Please take your dog here. I groom her here , get her food from here, toys, literally everything. Staff knows how to groom dogs and knows how to groom your breed of dog. I’ve literally never been disappointed from a grooming and it’s VERY reasonable in price. Looking to switch dog foods? They can answer every question you have. Looking for something to keep your dog busy? They know what’s perfect for your dog. Definitely the best pet store I’ve ever been to. Here’s a pic of my dog groomed for the summer!

We have a 15 year old 5.5 lb Maltese who is deaf & has been professionally groomed all his life in NYC & needed a groomer out here in the Hamptons. We researched & saw great reviews but were very nervous. Today we had Baci groomed by Brianna & she was not only incredible sweet & caring but she did a beautiful puppy cut on our Baci & we appreciate it so much & will be coming back. Thank you Brianna

I would absolutely recommend the grooming service. My dog is a bit shy, and they are so patient and kind with him. He lets them handle his feet and brush his teeth, and he always comes home smelling wonderful, and even more importantly, happy. My brother also brings his big shaggy dog here, and she comes home shiny, fluffy, and gorgeous. They are the best!

Very knowledgeable and a real one stop shop. Petco has absolutely nothing on Westhampton Pet! Better prices here and personal service.
