This was my first time taking my car to greenwood. I heard good things from people at work so decided to give it a try when my car decided to start having issues. The owner was very kind, and very experienced. Honesty is hard to find in these types of bussiness and you will get it here at greenwood. Car ran better than when I purchased it. I took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Special Edition 4.0L Straight 6 in to have them find where my parasitic draw was coming from after I had 3 mechanics try to find it and after having it most of the day they were able to find it....A broken ground wire in my drivers side door was broken and shorting out and causing the draw....The wire was repaired and my vehicle was checked again and readings were within normal limits....I'm so relieved that I don't have to worry about connecting a battery charger overnight so that I'm able to start my vehicle every morning....Now I can lock it up and park it knowing that it'll start every time....Very thorough with their explanation and they were very friendly and reasonably priced....You have made a life long customer....Thanks again....EJ
